Class Fees
Class fees are due at time of registration. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Some instructors require a minimum number of students to be signed up in order to hold the class. Your payment will be refunded if the class is cancelled by the instructor and there is no material kit available.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any denomination and can be used as payment for products and classes taught at our store. Gift certificates expire 1 year from date of issue. Please present your Gift Certificate at the register upon checkout. If you do not use the full amount of the gift certificate, the remaining amount will be available until the total is used or the certificate expires, whichever occurs first. Unused amounts will be forfeited upon the expiration date.
Payments Accepted
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover), debit cards, MI check with proper ID (driver’s license), and cash. Our online store accepts credit cards and PayPal.
Private Instruction/ Classes
Stacey will conduct private classes for groups of 4 or more people. Price of the class will depend on the techniques, materials required, and length of class.
Returns/ Exchanges
Damaged merchandise will be replaced with the same item. A store credit will be issued for unused, unopened merchandise only. All returns/ exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase.
Special Orders
Pre-payment is required for all special orders. Delivery times vary by vendor, ask for an estimated delivery time when you place your order. We reserve the right to cancel any backorders.
